hi, i take 15 twice a day for a year now, how to safely stop it?
im desperate, i tryed to stop safe like 20 times :(

It's long acting, isn't it? Couldn't you try to take a little less?
(Unless you want to take your pain all in one hit.)Have you tried cutting the dose in half by taking 1 cap at night (so you can sleep)?
I did that (but not with Tranxene) and was back to normal in 3 weeks.

> im desperate, i tryed to stop safe like 20 times :(Stop it very slowly. Its a nasty one to withdraw from and I cold turkeyed it 9 years ago and I still have some strange scalp spasms and spinal/back muscle oddities. Go figure a student health clinic associated with a top tier hospital.
Anyhow, I would go no more than 10% a week down on it since you've been on it for that long. Or possibly convert it over to a single dose Valium regime, although that can get complicated substituting one for another.
