I tried to fill two prescriptions for focalin xr in a chain drugstore near my office and the pharmacist gave me five reasosn why I shouldn't leav ethe scrip with him
"we don't have it"
"don't know where to order it from"
"we don't fill scrips for controlled substances"
"the regular pharmacist is the only one who can order and she isn't in today"
"if she were in she couldn't fill it because your prescription look s as if someone changed the date"I argued loudly then walked the extra ten minutes to my regularpharmacy that filled the scrips w/o a problem.
Is this pharmacists behavior ethical or legal (in the US)?

I've heard of it with birth control pills but never with any others. It's wrong. Love Phillipa

find a small pharmacy that has a pharmacist with at least half a brain
stay away from the chain stores

In US? Sounds illegal, frankly.> I tried to fill two prescriptions for focalin xr in a chain drugstore near my office and the pharmacist gave me five reasosn why I shouldn't leav ethe scrip with him
