I am taking Lyrica and love it. Neurontin made me a forgetful idiot who was in a daze all of the time. Lyrica is great. Anybody agree?

Hey folks
Lyrica is technically an anticonvulsant and an antineuralgic for chronic pain. But as I've written in other threads, it works for me not only as an anxiolytic and a mood-stabilizer, but also to mitigate the effects of SSRI "discontinuation syndrome".

Hi Hugo!
I'm withdrawing to a lesser dosage of oxycodone. Lyrica, only 75mg, @ h.s., is helping some. At this same time though, also switching from Valium to Xanax. It feels like I need 'too much ... in my mind' Xanax.
So I'm interested re: anxiolytic help you are getting. Could U share dosage/milligrams pls?
If U take during day, does is make you 'woozy/drowsy'? (Maybe this side effect goes away. Took at bedtime, but didn't go right to bed ... just fell into bed, haha.
tks, cf
