Hello Tom T.
How about D Cycloserine? It seems pretty promising for social anxiety. I'm hanging out for it.

As an experiment I tried Glycine and had some weird effects. The first day it was great - a flat tsp made me feel calm at the shopping centre. The next day, the same dose made me feel anxious. The third day, I felt very anxious, panicky and agitated. Gave it up after that.Don't know if that has any bearing on how D-Cycloserine might work.
Anyway, it might be an option, Tom. I hope so.
