My doc has put me on Depakene- 500 at night and 500 during the day. I'm already using 600 Trileptal per day and Neurontin at night for sleep. Is it ok to use all three together? I'm BP2.

I knew a person from a therapy group who was on both trileptal and depakote, so it's not unheard of. That's sounds like a great combo for mania, not necessarily bp depression. I have not come across anything whacky about that combo the same way I have seen major differences in blood levels with lamictal and depakote or trileptal. Do you have epilepsy too?

No, I don't have epilepsy, just BP2. The depakote makes me a little edgy for some reason and I use trileptal for sleep and sometimes neurontin.
