Seems to be a little better for me to split celexa dose for me, for both sleep, and sexual side effects.
Does it have the same effectiveness? Is it the same plasma level if you split them?
I feel as if i am a really fast metabolizer and chemically sensitive, and can almost feel withdrawal if i only take one dose.
Any comments appreciated.

Taking it twice a day is fine.

I agree with Ed: no problem at all splitting the dose, esp. if it helps with side effects. I do exactly that even with Prozac.
