You guys im back and need some advice

Hey guys, sorry i have not been around alot since about 2 weeks ago.

Listen, well how can i express this. Is there a disorder where you really just stay to yourself?

It really bothers me, i feel cant communicate, when i do i feel like a fool, well the way i say, you know the way you say it.

Alot of anger dispair, have resulted in this.

Thats why i havent posting.

Is this avoidant personality disorder, well know i dont have anxiety, i just dont know what to say, sometimes i do, sometimes i dont. Alot of times i dont.

Frustrated.

I am taking Xanax to deal with this.

DEPRESSION. It can cause you to isolate and all the other things you wrote about.

Lose the Xanax ... benzos are bad.

Get into therapy ... therapy is good. You have to learn to deal with life without turning to pills all the time. They are not a magic bullet. I am not anti-med ... I just believe in a combo of therapy and medication.
