Specifically social anxiety, the thoughts "oh I sounded so stupid, ohoh they just answered me and I have no idea what they said so Ill just say ya...."
Oh and not benzos.

i would say Trileptal, or Phenobarbital.
Those are like minddulling. But they to take away anxiety.

that's exactly what I want, something that will calm me down, conflict the opposite effect of caffeine. I've tried trileptal beforebut only at a dose of 300 mg or so, so basically I haven't tried it. Of all the meds I have come across thus far, said tracks zyprexa has been the most helpfulfor just that reason; it slows down my brain, which actually allows me to speak more clearly, study more clearly, hell do anything more clearly! I guess I'm an unusual specimen. Dumb drugs make me smarter.
