I started taking just plain ole effexor recently because of a mistake on the script that should have been effexor XR....with either one I'd be taking it in 2 doses (75mgs in morn, 150 in the evening)
I haven't really noticed a difference...can anyone think of a reason why it might be?

> sgI'd say you haven't noticed a difference because you're taking it in a divided dose. I would bet than if you had been taking Effexor XR once a day and tried that with regular Effexor, you'd notice pretty quickly.

That's so nice to hear! Sometimes (often) I wonder if I know anything at all. Hearing that I was probably right about something feels awfully good...
