So I guess there's no reason to stop now, but sorry if it is overkill. Can anyone rate the following in terms of peripheral effects, namely cardiovascular? I realize this will be dose-dependent, but if anyone could give a general ranking I would be grateful.
desoxyn
ritalin
sudafed
provigilThanks and peace.

Hey Phillipa,
> What answers do you get?
Well, that Desoxyn is regarded as having the least peripheral side effects among the stimulants, but I'm curious whether this includes ritalin or just Dex and Adderall...and also how it would compare to provigil similarily.

I bet you are right and it pobably does depend on person and doses. My hunch is that provigel would have least cardio effects since it is "not a stimulant". I understand ritalin is chemically a bit different from adderall and the amphetamines. I THINK the amphetamines are tougher on the heart. Ritalin never gave me a problem, but a trial of a low dose of dexedrine once made me racing and paranoid.
