Literature talks of about 10 days before starting Manerix/Aurorix (Moclobemide) after having taken Parnate.. Many people would tell it is very conservative.Do you think 8 days would be enough to start Manerix ?
Hope you all goes well

Ive used molcimide to augment and enhance parnate, which it did fairly well,no interactions while using both togther so i dont believe a washout would be needed.
Id try it again if molcimide wasnt such a pain to come across for me.

It depends,i think if used alone as a single treatment, its in the same line as samE the natural nutrient used to treat depression, meaning possably mild to moderate.
HOWEVER personaly i think it can be best used as part of a treatment, possably aside an ssri,a benzo or other med someone is on.
I just dont see it being too useful alone,it requires too much of a high dose and its inhibition is reversable so its effect is not as potent.
But again,as a secondary med,its cost which is fairly low,and its stimulant effect at lower doses,i do think can make it valuable as a add on.

Hey Marty
The response to moclobemide is pretty varied. There are people who find it really upsetting, and there are people who notice nothing at all, and there are people for whom it's OK but inneffective in the long term. I found it quite stimulating in low doses. Very much a NE feel. Good for sexual dysfunction. The best thing might be to take no more than you find overstimulating.

I'd like to thanks all of you for your answers.I didn't found the time to answer each of them and I ask you to forgive me; it has been a big week.
I'll start a thread to share my experience with Moclobemide.
Again, Thanks a lot --
Marty
