I got up to 150mgs of amisulpride and gave up due to sleeping too much and increased flatness. I waited about 36 hours with no medication and decided to take 25mgs or less just to do a short taper instead of cold turkey and also just to give it one last try at super low dose. And what do you know? The stuff actually works and works well. A very very clean feeling medicine. I could tell within two hours after taking the first dose that it was treating my symptoms.
I'm treating negative symptoms of schizophrenia and it virtually eliminated them all within hours and hasn't let up. Good stuff.

It works for me too so far (several months). I was taking lithium for bipolar and yet after 2-3 years I was experiencing great muscle/bone pain and bloating--just so uncomfortable and in pain. So I weaned off it and after 6 months was in a nasty Mixed Episode (hypomania with depression).
Tried amisulpride, at higher dose than you (up to 200 though I can go up to 300mg) and it felt clean and clear, a month later my muscle pain etc was mainly gone and I could walk again freely without ice blocks and hot water bottles following me everywhere I sat. I now usually take about 75mg-125 mg. and am sleeping 5-7 hrs. The lethargy, depression seems relieved. I hope it lasts. ramsea
