I must admit that i'm kinda worried. I feel like ever since starting Nardil (new) I've been subjected to a number of sleep problems, a combination of:
1) twitching,
2) spasms,
3) leg jerking/kicking (not restless leg, maybe periodic limb movement)
4) REM sleep behavior disorder (physically acting out your dream movements, usually during intense nightmares).I always noticed that the REM sleep behavior disorder would occur when the dosage was decreased, then would go away if I titrated back up to a threshold dosage. The twitching, however, is still around, as are the spasms, but worst of all is the kicking out/jerking of one or both legs (note: this doesn't happen during a dream, it is like a random event).
I am wondering:
Has nardil caused any of the similar problems for anyone else?
Also, for those who have come off of nardil, how long did these issues last?
Thanks

I always get that when lowering the dosage. Although I think I also had it as a side effect when I first started, too.
At any rate, in my experience, it usually slowed down and eventually stopped within a few weeks. How quickly did you taper and stop?
Wishing you a calmer body,
gg
