Which SSRI(s) cause the most memoryloss during ECT
Posted by laladadidum on April 23, 2006, at 1:04:58Which antidepressant(s) cause the most memory loss during ECT? The past year had been hell for me and i totally feel that even if I heal, the memories will still haunt me. Please let me know if you have any idea.

I don't know, I know some of them are actually contraindicated. I do know that bilateral ECT is supposed to carry higher risks of memory loss but greater response in some patients. You probably should give yourself time to think about this, if you can. Be well,
