i am going to sleep tonight!!!!

Posted by Maxime on April 13, 2006, at 17:15:53

I am severely sleep deprived, but I just got a prescription filled for immovane. I can't wait to go to bed tonight. The bad taste in my mouth in the morning will be worth it if I sleep!

I took the Immovane several hours ago and lay in bed waiting for it to take effect ... it didn't. I took another one and waited some more ... Nada.

I am not a happy camper. Plus I am TIRED!!!

Imovane tastes foul the next day, so I totally understand, but I found it made my anxiety worse the next day too. Can you try a benzo before AP's? I think it would be safer. Paul

I already take 3.5 mg of Klonopin, but have been on that dosage since 1996 so my body is immune to it (until I try to come off it). I can't take APs anyways. They raise my prolactin level and I lactate.

Sigh.

Hi Phillipa

At around 4:30 am I took 2 Benadryl. I don't know how long it took for them to kick in, but yes, I got around 4 hours sleep.

I am so sleep deprived that I am doing dumb things. I want to go for a bike ride, but I am afraid I might injure myself!

Thanks for asking.

Maxime,
I went for a 3 hour walk the other day with my ipod and slept like a rock. What about trying to do a brisk walk for a long period?
