Glad to say even though today was a bad day for anxiety, I managed to have a good talk to my benzo phobic doc, and will be starting valium, as needed.
Hopefully i'll be thanking mother for the little help.

What a draaag it is getting ooooolder....
They really do work better if you sing really loud after you swallow! It releases muscle tension.
I'm glad you prevailed with your doc. I think benzos are safe for everyone but people with addictive personalities.
