Hi Jeroen,
I have read your earlier posts and you have my sympathies for your unfortunate difficulties with Tardive Dyskinesia.
There are some medications that have been shown to improve Tardive Dyskinesia:
Aripiprazole (Abilify), sulpiride, tiapride and memantine. (Possibly also amisulpride, which is closely related to sulpiride and tiapride.)I have written down some links which may be of interest to you.

hi! how are you doing? The previous poster made a good point--some of the newer APs seem helpful for established cases of TD. There seems to be a good number of positive reports for Abilify, but that might just be b/c its the newest drug available (in the US, at least). Also, Abilify works a little differently--it "occupies" a higher percentage of D2 receptors (up to 90% plus) than the other atypicals; however, it doesn't seem to cause very much EPS, and the TD risk **seems** to be low. So..the theory (as I understand it) is that TD results in part from dopamine sensitivity; since abilify reduces and increases dopamine levels, the idea is that maybe it could make an effective TD treatment.
Good luck!
