Started Wellbutrin 2 weeks ago (now on XL 300mg) and Lamictal (25mg starter dose) Lots of anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, near-panic..
Which one of these is more likely to cause that? Will I have to stop one of them?
I dunno which is worse, the depression/bipolar or the side effects

Wellbutrin is not known to be good for those with anxiety, but some doctors perscrible lamictal for anxiety.

I'm on Lamictal and Cymbalta. Anxiety is crushing. When I was on Wellbutrin (with Effexor) a year ago, it was about the same.
So for me, neither is helpful for anxiety.ClearSkies

Probably is the Wellbutrin since the dose of lamictal is really small, plus Wellbutrin is more known for it's activating properties. Why are you on 300 mg of it? I was only taking 150 mg and that can be enough for some people. I hope you didn't start at 300 mg, which could be too much for you. Try cutting back to 150 and see what happens to the anxiety level, then you'll know that is the cause. I seriously doubt that the Lamictal is the culprit.
