How much abilify do those on it take each day?
I am starting to feel like I need only about 2.5 mg a day. Pdoc wants to up and I want to go down.
It's like she dose'nt understand that too much can make you sleepy and foggy?

>Abilify. How much?
Only as much as you need, and no more. Don't be forced to increase the dose if higher doses are unhelpeful or unnecessary. You should take the minimum dose which produces an adequate benefit without undesirable side effects. If 2.5mg is sufficient, why take more?
I'd recommend trying 1.25mg, 2.5mg and 5mg to compare...... if you haven't already.

Some report it stimulates them and some say it makes them sleepy. But I personally would take the lowest doseage that is effective for you. Fondly, Phillipa

When do you take your Abilify, morning or bedtime?
