My diagnosis has been all over the place for the last year and a half and I take daily:
30 mg abilify
300 mg effexor
40 mg geodon
.5 mg klonopinThe problem is that my "problem" is now interfering with my work. I have an MS with honors and this should not be happening. I have trouble learning new things, paying attention, remembering, and carrying through with things. Things seem to get "garbled" in my head. I am meeting with the doc on Thursday and will tell her about the job problem. I am in some trouble/corrective action and don't want to lose my job or go on disability.

What do you believe your diagnosis should be? I see you are takeing 2 AP's, Geodon and Abilify. That seems unusual. Tell us a little more about your symptoms. Have you tried other antidepressants besides Effexor? Best wishes.

The symptoms that led to the 2 AP's would probably be best described as hallucinations and delusions (paranoid). I ended up barred from my own home for awhile. It was diagnosed as Psychosis-NOS. I have not tried other anti-depressants.

My sister suffers from psychotic depression. Her current treatment is Parnate,Abilify and Topamax. She has been takeing this for a couple years and is doing well. When she tried Geodon it caused some heart pain so she discontinued it and swithed to Abilify. Best wishes
