My first two days on Ritalin standard 10mg x 3 daily, and a few things.
after the 10mg dose wears off until I take the next one I feel lightheaded and dizzy, I am also on Effexor 225mg but I dont know if that makes a difference.
this is only in between doses after the 5 hours is up I get dizzy or lightheaded and walking feels like I am walking crooked.

In my experience, I could not combine stimulants with Effexor. They interacted badly. Dizziness and nervousness. Also, if you can afford it, use Concerta. Ritalin is so short acting that one just feels like one is on a roller coaster with benefits and side-effects coming and going.

Ritalin caused severe orthostatic hypotension when combined with a TCA. I would literally see stars when I would stand up.
