Hi everyone!
I just thought I would pop in and see what is going on. You may remember i was pretty active on the board about a year ago...
Thanks to everyone on this board, and I mean everyone, I have been doing well. I was doing well on:
5mg Abilify
100 mg Desipramine
100mg luvox
200 mg lamictal
30 mg adderallI was able to finish university and am now working almost full time. I became pregnant, thus dropped the adderall and lamictal, and though perhaps at times a little down, I am still relatively well. My depression is under control as is my anxiety. I was able to put together this combo with the help of everyone on this board, and especially Ed! after much trial and error.
I had truly given up, and only managed to keep pushing on to find a solution because the depression and anxiety were so painful. I had been depressed on and off since age 18, had tried all kinds of meds. We each are so different, to try and find something that works is a painful process in itself.
But try not to give up hope. Eventually the right solution CAN come along. It is worth it.
Again, thank you everyone. I still pop in to learn here---on my job in psychology it is a good asset to know about meds...I already see my supervisor eyeing me a little suspiciously--how do I know so much about meds?? LOL
The best,
Banga
