I didn't experience sleepiness per se on Abilify, but as the dosage went up I did feel myself becoming "too tranquil" (not motivated, a little bit lethargic and a bit tired). I'd say it popped up at 15mgs and became pronounced at 20; at 30 it was more or less unbearable, so I discontinued the Abilify.
