I take my 200mg of Wellbutrin SR in the morning with my Effexor and I feel great! But in the afternoon I get soooooo tired.
Is the Wellbutrin out of my system? What's going on ?

need more details, how long been taking each med.
something that might work is experimenting with taking meds at different times of day, perhaps just before you go to bed.
