I'm taking 200mg of Wellbutrin SR a day and I am tired. I used to take Effexor XR 75mg with it, but stopped.
I didn't do well emotionally off the Effexor, so I started taking a small dose 37.5 of Effexor and I'm still tired. Will more Effexor give me more energy?
ALSO - I don't want to gain any more weight. I need some energy!
Does the Well/Eff combo give energy without weight gain? I really need to lose.
P.S. I tried Cymbalta and I actually got depressed and had to pee about 20 times a day. Not a good drug for me.

Just a thought. Have you checked your thyroid levels?

200mg is a pretty low dose of Wellbutrin. Have you considered upping the dose?
For me, at least, daytime fatigue can be a symptom of depression breaking through.

I feel exactly the same way you do, I end up drinking Coffee to get a boost but that has negative effects. I am looking for the same answers. I am on Effexor 225xr
