I'm currently taking 400 mg Lamictal, 6/50mg Symbyax, and 1.5 mg of Klonopin daily.
I'm gettin' real d u m b. Every day is beginning to feel like my first day on the job, no retention. I can't remember the day before. Even small details are way too challenging.
This is leading to really bad stress and the feeling that I'm going over the edge a bit.
Have I finally flipped-out?
Any ideas pharmaceutical wise, anyone?I've been on this combo over a year.
Thanks...

My vote is for Lamictal. You might consider trying to reduce it to 150-200mg. You would want to do this very gradually, as temporary rebound depression may occur.

Thanks Scott. I'll talk to my doc and see what he has to say. I'm always grateful for your input.

Olanzapine made me very dumb. But some people experinece a cognative benefit from it.
