i went up from 10 to 15 today...should i expect increased anxiety and depression??? if so for how long? I feel awful today and want so badly to feel better...

Your anxiety and depression should both get better very soon after increasing the dose. Probably within a few days.

I did this too and didn't experience increased anxiety or depression. Just FYI, one person's experience.
