Posted by rjlockhart98 on July 5, 2005, at 11:44:31

I am starting it soon until some Pharmacies get it in!

(Zyprexa 6mg/ Prozac 25mg) is the combination of it.

does anyone else know of it.

I started out on Symbyax, but switched to separate Prozac and Zyprexa Rxs so that we could better adjust the combination dosage. Right now, I'm officially on Prozac 60mg and Zyprexa 7.5mg. However, I've been dipping into some left over Adderall every day (between 5-10mg) and am finding the three drugs combined seem to make me feel about as good as it's possible for me to feel (which translates into about an 8 on a scale of 1-10).

Regards,
Jim

Though combining zyprexa and prozac into one pill is a cool idea, it doesn't give you many options for custom dosing. For example, you might want to move prozac up or down a bit but not change the zyprexa, or the other way around.

One good thing though. If you had a prescription for prozac, it would be for the generic. At least with symbyax, you know you're getting the good Eli Lilly prozac and not some generic.
