I've never heard of schizophrenia leading to Parkinson's

My guess would be that a schizophrenic could develop parkinsons. I wonder if as the parkinsons set in would his schizophrenic symptoms disappear....

I guess this may be possible since both illnesses probably involve different areas of the brain. People with Parkinson's on meds to elevate dopamine may suffer psychotic symptoms while their movement problems don't improve much, and schizophrenics may develop parkinsonism and depression on APs while still having psychotic symptoms, so it's probably not simply "more" or "less" dopamine in general but rather different levels in different areas of the brain (?)
Just my guess.

Most schitzophrenics have a HUGE tolerance for antipyschotics - they are bombarbed with HUGE doses of the stuff for years sometimes before they get tardive dyskinesia.

Maybe a subset - those with totoally domainating negative symptoms - they maybe are more prone - the class postive symtom guy though - I don't think it is common certainly not without drugs it is not - good question - never saw any info on it.

my mom exhibited possible schizophrenia signs in her early 30's and contracted parkinsons when older, maybe the dopamine production and receptors alter as an attempted defense mechanism?
Her schizo-type behavior has stopped since the onset of parkinsons

I asked that exact same question a while back. I think it is theoreticalyl possable since you could have destroyed motor cortex DE receptors and yet still have really sensitive limbic DE receptors.

But you are right in that they seem to be yin and yang diseases.
