Link, That's about all I do now too. Only I'm not sleeping well as I once was. And I don't know about anyone else, but it seems like the more I'm on here the more I read and talk like psychbabble. Kind of fast and singsongy. Wierd Huh? Fondly, Phillipa

I read once that computers could be addictive. Never in a million years did I think I would become addicted to PBabble. Should I post this on Addictions? Fondly, Phillipa

I think you are doing an incredibly strong thing to try going off meds. I truly believe that your brain will begin to rebalance itself, given time. This is not to say you may not need some med in future but I think that letting your system clear will be a good basis for the future. You are so young, you have a good chance to get better. I realize it may be impossible to feel optimistic right now. I am looking at it objectively though and I truly believe you will be able to get better.Marsha
