Just a word to the wise,and at the same time strictly my own personal insight as i cant speak for others,but from over 4 years on parnate ive come to at least one conclusion......
After the inital response,you can NOT take parnate alone,it must be augmented some how,as to just how might be different from person to person,i have had minimal success but never quite there,but i would not dream of taking it alone,at the same time it needs to be the bottom foundation of whatever add,meaning add ons like neurontion alone are useless where as for some with parnate it works very very well.I would not last a day on parnate alone id be a mad man,i hope people understand this might be true for a lot of people.

Why is that? I never took parnate alone personally either though so I wouldnt know what its like. i was also on Depakote and Zyprexa, I found it great.

Chemicaly why i dont have a clue,but max said it perfect,its an ok med,for those who it works for it can stop emotional pain,but its lacking something,i cant explain it,its like u wanna be alone,ur lonly but u wanna be alone and ur fine with being alone,it also seems to inhibit a lot of emotional pain,but if u take it alone it quickly accumaltes and u feel like a race horse who escaped from his stall,ur capable of moving fast,but ur wild and outta control,u need someone to control where all that energy is going,so where a race course would be for a horse to control his energy,i guess the right augment is for a parnate user,to control all that mental energy,if not u will be mind racing ,its really hard to explain hope someone like my horse analogy.Maybe there is such a person who takes it alone,i cant.
I rember before tha kava kava ban,and the main manf pulled their products,i used to love combining kava kava to parnate,i since have found a decent brand then a simple gnc brand would have been fine,but thanks to the fda,gone all gone!

Aside from here and there the only two left are vitamin shoppe and natrol.
I tried over and over but either they cut back on something or these products are inferior.
GNC had a simple gelcap,4 of them and instant and total anxiety releif and depression.
I find all of the so called bulk actual herb products offline usesless,there are still tons of those,my fav was again gnc and country life,cheap and simple.
