.....Felt like their brain is shutting down?
like today was in bk of car on way home and suddenly my brain felt all tingly and i felt drowsey as if my brain was shutting down? as if i was gonna fall asleep.. (no no not on any meds, med free for 8 mnths!!!)
had this quite often anyone get this or know what it could be?

Not quite like that but I've definitely felt like my brain was shutting down, or more like flipping out and completely losing control of itself, but I guess that's a bit different.Is there anything that happens first that might sort of "trigger" this shutdown, or is it totally random?

Maybe a mild panic attack if you felt anxiety before or after?
