The taste is horriffic. I took a 3mg pill and within 15 mins it was pervasive throuought my throat. I wondered whether I was having an esophogeal episode. Plese advise..this is gross!

Someone mentioned putting it in a capsule [open and dump vitamin] and then you don't have the bad taste. Fondly, Phillipa
