I am currently trying to withdraw from Remeron. I was originally put on it due to severe insomnia and depression. I had gone for over 3 weeks without any sleep. It worked wonderfully for my sleep but here it is 3yrs and 60 pounds later.
My question is how difficult is it to lose the weight once completely off? How slowly should I taper? I was taking 45mgs. I cut to 30mgs for 2 weeks then to 15mgs 2 days ago. What is the smallest pill it comes in?
I also take 375mgs Effexor and 2700mgs Neurontin. I plan to withdraw from them too but want to do Remeron first as I have to lose the weight.
Any insights and experiences would be greatly appreciated.Chuck
