Hey banga - Did you know there are some Yahoo groups for ocd? I belong to several of them and they're great! Everyone either has OCD or has a family member/spouse with OCD. There's an OCD Relationships group and an OCD Support group. I'm sure there are others, but those are a couple that I belong to. You'll probably get more response to your question about meds there.

Thanks for the hint. I will have to take a look. It is not for me, for a relative who has BPI, but she is also excessively organized and phobic and has complex methods to combat phobias to such a degree that they could be called rituals. Though her psychotic BPI needs to be addressed first, term she needs help with this to help keep her from relapses.

I take geodon for the thoughts, they get speedy. It works prety good at a high dose for me. Not many side effects. I didn't like the abilify. Have not tried seroquel.
