Hey
Last night i bearly got to sleep by 2:30 doing every known relaxation excercise there is, i would get that feeling im "letting off" before you start to go to sleep, but then i would stay there and my thoughts would target to complete confusion, very abstact and disturbing.
I took 2mg of Klonopin PLUS 50mg of Trazdone, earlier around 9:45. I took Klonopin around 12:30, i was so frustrated, i had NO energy, lethargic as hell, i dont know how to describe just staying in complete "idleness" but dont go to sleep!
Hours turned into minutes, i would close my eyes, and semi-doze off but i still knew i was awake, i woke back up 2 hours later and NOTHING HAPPEN!!
OK ALSO, well i put that in a serprate post about seeing things in picutres awkwardly, abstact outlines that things in the picutre where watching me "i see you" kept rambling on in my head and it really freaked me out. THis was around 8:00pm
I'm going in to see my nuerologist tommorow, dr. Owens. Hopefully i can get him to get a MRI or CAT.
does anyone have any suggestions for medication??
im talking SEVERE, torchuring thoughts that dont make sense, and rambles on.
HELP

There is no such thing as sleep disruption without depression or depression without sleeep disorder of one kind or another, iether excessive sleep or wakefulness. It is a a chicken or the egg situation. They are virtually the same disorder. Try mild exercise during the day. Buy a heart monitor and obey its instuctions. That will keep you from over doing it. Start at 15 minutes a day and work up to 40 over four months or so. Your heart rate will determine your progress. It does wonders for my sleep.
