I have Nardiltablets 15mg made by Hansam Healthcare Limited which is the version I have in the UK.
The bottle hasn't expired - later 2005 it does.
Anyways, I never tried and I want to but I am curious if it does indeed need to be refrigeratered 24/7 because on the bottle it says somewhat in small letters :
"Store between 2C Degrees Celcius and 8C Degrees Celcius in a refrigerator unless unavoidable for short periods."
Now after reading a lot about various meds I know that the company prefers it to be at a temperature for full potency purposes for the most part. There are some other drugs like antibiotics (tetracyclines) which can actually ferment and breakdown into toxins if not stored correctly though.
In this case I am assuming its a loss of potency - Its just been inmy cabinet (normal average temps, no extremes or anything) for the past year since I got it.
Without going to doctor, or calling the company directly, what are your peoples opinions on this (or mostly perhaps personal experience)

no seriously. i want to start nardil but its been stored in a box for a year. Does it need to really be refrigerated to be safe, of does it simply lose potency if not.
Thanks.

Hi, mine are made by Pfizer and the bottle says to store at room temperature 15-30 degree celcius. Protect from heat and moisture.
I would call the company and ask because it would be interesting know what they put in their Nardil that isn't or is in the one made by Pfizer or other companies.
And it's not funny. You asked a very valid question.

It does look like Hansam Helathcare's version requires storage at low temperature.
