i took a tylenol pm yesterday and i still feel "wierd". hard to describe but jittery/nervous and very tired. i only took one pill but i have slept all day and all night and still worn out.
i am only on 10mg lexapro (actually 5mg now- new med and i have been taking half in the morning and half at night. works great like that for me). so i didnt take my other half last night b/c i was feeling sick like.
anyone else ever had this? please. thanks.

tylenol pm has the antihistamine, diphenhydramine, in it. I personally think it's nasty stuff. I hate it with a passion. It always gives me tremors/nervousness while being groggy at the same time

Diphenhydramine - YUCK!!!!!!!!! I hate it!
Dizziness, dry mouth, confusion, fatigue, drowsiness, anxiety... some of the lovely effects of diphen :-(
