Hi.
Thanks for all previous inputs. I am now at the 45mg mark. Goes fine. I must say I am surprised that the side effects are not still as bad as I thought. But is it true that the hypotension would come only after 3-4 weeks? The sexual side effects are there (some minor dealyed orgasm) but certainly not as awful as the ones I got on the SSRIs. Looks like dopamine is the factor here. A thing I felt greatly with selegiline. I would say that 45mg is far milder than 5 mg lexapro when it comes to sexual functioning.
The food is fine. Funny how I keep checking what I buy now. And sometimes only at the last minute I remember "nope". Sausages and yellow cheese and pizza. Yeah, I miss them. But it's not really that bad.
Ed_UK: have tried a MAOI before?!

I'm glad to hear you're doing well. It looks like the Nardil is going to be more successful than selegiline. I hope the Nardil does a good job in treating your anxiety.

It often occurs after a couple of weeks at a given dose.

Just moclobemide, I've never been on a 'proper' MAOI. I don't think moclobemide really did anything. At least I didn't have any side effects or w/d symptoms.

I agree. Moclobemide works like placebo. At least for me too.
