i dont like who i am either....
anyway, just being my adrenaline pumped self, someone give me a reality check.
i talk to much, and it gets on peoples nerves, i have inner voices telling me to shut up.
I'm getting out of this hell hole, but i have to much stress to do it, if i go to a danm hospital, well maybe ill meet someone crazy like me..... forget it.
I cant just stop my life and go into a hospital, i had a rage last night, i got it out, shattered my mirror of myself, im in pieces. Thats just a mild breakdown..
Why am i just staring at this compter?

Sometimes Matt....We can just leave our lives. if we don't take proper care of our selves than we end up feeling worse and destrying our lives. It is a decision that needs to be made based on whether you want to feel better or not. I understand how hard it must be for you but we can not get you the proper help. You need to take yourself in. Do you want help? Do you want to feel better? Do you want to get some assistance with your mother? If you anserwed yes to any of those than I would serously consider admitting yourself. there are people who can help you. Do it for you!
We are always here for you but we are limited in what we can do.
Take care of yourself OK?

Matt,
I have a two children, one is very special needs (and depends on me for everything), my husband is a pastor and I am depended on by a large number at my church... and yet, I came to a point where I realized I could not afford to NOT go to a hospital and get help.I kept thinking, " i just can't leave all my responsibilities, especially my son" but you knwo what? It was the best thing I could've done for him becuase I got myself stabilized.
I was NO good for him while I was here like a basket case.
You must take care of your needs as they are now.. If you feel suicidal and desperate, you need to go to the ER.I will keep praying for you!

Matt, I've always said I wouldn't go in the hospital, but I almost agreed last time. It's not the worst thing you can do.
In fact, if a week in the hospital will increase your productivity the rest of the time, which is more efficient? Isn't it better to take a leave of absence for a week, then live at reasonable capacity rather than continue barely scraping by?
Look at the long term, and you'll see that getting stabilized on the proper medications is the sensible thing to do.

a very accepting place.
Don't worry about your reputation. You'll be fine.
But do consider getting some real life help. I'm afraid we just can't help you find the proper medication regimen.

> too much pessimism....
Yeah, I know. But you don't have the right to tell me not to post.
I know I am ball of negativity. I don't even like being around myself.
So I retain the right to post as long as I am "civil" ... and you don't have read it.
I do care about you though. And I really wish you would go into the hospital because I don't think you are a lost cause. Quite the opposite. And I see someone who is in pain and I empathize with you. And I see someone who needs to get out of his own head for a while and they can help you at the hospital. And you aren't crazy.
But yes, you are right. I am pessimistic. A loser. A worthless ball of toe-jam. This much I know is true. But soon I will be a f*rt in the mist.

Hey, where's all this pessimism coming from. First it's Matt, then it's Maxime. Matt, it's your time to go into the hospital where you can get proper help and the medications that you need. Fondly, Phillipa

Matt, you can see how many people here are concerned for your health and your situation. I am another person encouraging you to go to a hospital and get the help that you need.
A break, a breather, some distance and time. Some professional direction on medications and time to adjust to them.

Im back together, i dont know what happened, reality seemed to go "away", i dont know i just lost it, felt i was really altering somehow.
Buts still i dont trust my feelings, so im still going in for an MRI, if i have a brain that still intact...
You keep it going!

Good going Matt! The stress of exams may be what triggered your panic. Now that the end of exams is drawing near, and you're gaining some of your self-esteem back, hopefully you'll feel better. You still have your sense of humor! YOu can be funny! Fondly, Phillipa

I didn't think you were joking. Are you considering hospitalization?
It was much better for me to be in the hospital than alone with my self-loathing thoughts.
