Okay, I said I wouldn't Post any more about this, but I've tried to walk 5miles each day even though I don't want to, and feel like I'm going to die. Now I wonder should I be resting to let my body cope with the changes? I even went to the gym twice last week. It makes the hours go by but it doesn't make me feel better. Thanks, Phillipa

Have you talked to your doctor about this? Maybe there is something else that is making you feel tired, and not jus the withdraw. -L

It's not being tired. It's not sleeping much, and today getting out of bed and almost fainting. My mind is going in circles {it helps to type}, and my body can't catch up. It's a vicious circle. I called my pdoc today, and she told me to see a neurologist about twitching muscles, etc. Of course, they never consider that this thing could be all the new AD's they have switched, dropped, added. My brain is confused. Fondly, Phillipa

What did the doctor say about excercise? Is it your body isn't tired? I am trying to understand this and I don't know if I am getting the entire picture. Whatever it is, I am feeling tired FOR you, you poor thing. Can you take something, like Klonopin, Melatonin, any type of sleeping pill? -L
