Started 1997-2005.
And you talk about hard, but i have decided it is not good for my overall well-being.
I may go back later but for now, i have to stop.
I abused it over time, but lost intrest in it, consequenses are bad, and i just learned.
Right now i feel pretty low, like there's just nothing to look to, well i dont want to look to it.
I dont know what really ot go on right now, im taking it cool with Cymbalta 30mg and Ativan 1mg (divided).
But it is ironic, i was at one time on a high dose of 60mg, when it wore off, i period of withdrawl, but then i was back to my old peppy self, actually felt better, as if my nuerons super-replenished themselves....strange.
Anyways well i just wanted to post this, proud of me? Well, anyway, cheers.
Matt

That is a huge accomplishment, not easy to do. It is good to hear you feel better!
