I've been off the LExapro for 4 days now.
I still have the horrible, deep, dark depression. I cry off and on throughout the day uncontrollably, I am still very restless in my mind, etc..
Then for the 2nd time this week, I passed out today. One thing my husband has noticed is that my pupils have been REALLy, REALLY small lately. It's hard to explain but I start feel "funny" and right away my pupils become tiny.
A few times when this happened, I blacked out and woke up on the floor.
Is this Lexapro withdrawal??

You aren't taking any pain medication that binds to opiod receptors?

There are so many reasons you can pass out, many of them quite serious. The pupil contraction may be one of those signs that doctors look at and say "AHA!" but no one here can really do that for you. At best, even a medical doctor here can only guess at which of any number of issues could be involved.
See a doctor. Passing out is one of those things that you shouldn't put off getting checked out.
Good luck.

No, I haven't taken any medicine that does that.. even though I don't know what that means, I haven't taken anything since the Lexapro.
I haven't passed out today- felt slighty dizzy. My pupils have only done that a few times.
If I am not better by tomorrow, I will schedule an appointment. I am just SOOO SICK Of doctor's at this point.
