I don't know what to do. I've been on effexor 75mg for 4 months. Its been great, except that it has totally killed my sex drive and i think it is actually getting worse rather than better. I am getting married in August, and my fiance and I both agree that the meds have been good for us since I am so much more stable, but this side effect is really starting to be annoying!
I want to make a change, but i don't want to be in the midst of withdrawal or new med s/e during or too close to my wedding date, so I want to start soon. I don't have any experience changing meds, since effexor is the first one i tried. My next appt. is in April. Is that too late? Any ideas?
