I read about a pill that may possibly be a good after work relax pill. It is Fioricet w/ 30 mg codeine phosphate, 50 mg butalbital (a barbituate), 40 mg caffeine, & 325 mg tylenol.
Has anyone here taken fioricet w/ codeine? Does it cause a pleasant relaxed euphoria or simply drowsiness? I noticed the half life of butalbital is 35 hours. Does this mean that you will be mentally slowed at work the next day if you take this pill right after work at 5:30 pm? I noticed if I drink any alcohol, even just 2 after work that I get depressed the next day (alcohol seems to directly counteract the effects of the 20 mg of Prozac/day I am on so I canīt drink anymore) would Fiorecet cause a similar depression effect?
How addictive is this pill compared to say Vicodin? Thanks,

It's addictive as all the Oxycontin, etc. My sister use to take it a while for migraines (before all the new treatments) and she gave me one, I was bouncing off the walls, cleaned my whole house.
