Folks,
I had some alcohol a couple weeks ago (and posted a message about this last weel, as well), and since then I've had trouble concentrating, memorizing things, and just in general have felt depressed and down. Is it possible that a night of heavy drinking has caused neurological damage to my executive functioning? I'm a bit scared ... I can't convince myself that I haven't done some permanent damage here. (In the past year I've been out to drink maybe three or four times, but I had not gotten this tipsy unlil last week's episode.)
Am I worrying over nothing? I feel my memory in decline, my ability to concentrate severly hampered. Is this from the alcohol? The depression brought on? Why would alcohol have this effect? I'd been doing very well until that night. (Celexa 80mg, Lamictal 200mg, the occasional Zoloft.)
I hardly feel literate right now ... I want to cry! What did I do?! :(

I get that way when I drink too much. It goes away after a while, when you start thinking again. Just stay off the bozze for a while longer.

Oh boy, this happens to me too, I drink and it all goes downhill in a major way. When I was experiencing Hypomania I was drinking alot, and I crashed hard into depression and anxiety, not a good feeling. I say definetely stay away from alcohol, it will help you in the long haul.
Best,
