Can Wellbutrin be taken with doxepin, trimipramine or amitriptyline?

Hi Kara.

Wellbutrin is contraindicated with TCA's. Wellbutrin itself has a complex and only partly-understood metabolism, but it strongly interferes with TCA metabolism, making them more toxic.
