I'm in that horrible state where everwhere you go you're constantly feeling anxiety. The meds and exercise help somewhat, but its like every time I think of anything bad, I get these adreneline rushes. Its like my body isn't asking my head weather something is stressfull before going ahead and releasing another shot of adreneline.

Have you actually had your stress hormone levels checked? Or are you assuming that's the problem because you're getting so anxious? The one does not necessitate the other.
As for suggestions, you could talk to your doctor about a beta blocker, which should settle down the whole adrenaline release thing. It works for some people, but only if the anxiety is more physical than emotional. For example, I'll get a rush of adrenaline out of the blue, and then have to stop and figure out why I might be anxious in that situation. I don't start off with the thought of something worrisome. Does that make sense? It's the physical response that the beta blocker will improve, it won't do a thing to help you work out the thoughts that can bring in on.
It's worth talking to your doctor about. Another option might be a calcium channel blocker. One of them, Verapamil, is being investigated as a mood stabilizer, so that might even be a better option for you.
Good luck.
