Hi,
I'm on 50 micograms of T3.. I believe its micrograms, whatever the common unit used is called... I was wondering whether it should be administered once or split into 25 and administered twice daily?

T3 should be taken twice a day due to its short half life. This will prevent major spikes.

I agree with Daky--my endo (who is wonderful) told me the same--short acting, so better to take in two split doses, and this also prevents spiking the level, which can also help to prevent heart palpiations that some people get on cytomel.
