Week two, now 2nd day of 60 mg. Still having sweats, terribly sleepy during the day, but at least I'm sleeping at night for the first time in a couple of years.
Anybody else have extreme sleepiness with this drug, and will it go away?

Others have reported that this went away. Hang in there if you can!

i had sleepiness during the first four weeks. It is finally subsiding. Hopefully this would be the case for you as well.
